The RPG Office

The RPG office in Worli was conceived as a calm, contemporary workplace where every surface is deliberately understated — allowing the art collection, natural materials and quality of light to carry the space. Grey plaster, pale stone and dark timber set a muted, grounding tone throughout.

The meeting room takes a softer approach: warm wood panelling and a marble-topped table, grounded by a large painting that anchors the space. The effect is boardroom gravitas without the formality — a place designed for focused conversation.

The lobby is conceived almost as a private gallery — marble floors, large-scale paintings and bronze sculptures placed with museum-like precision. A glass-block entrance wall filters natural light, creating a quiet threshold between the city outside and the considered calm within.

The result is an understated, art-led workplace that feels more like a collector’s residence than a corporate office — rigorous in its restraint, generous in its attention to craft.
