The project
Perched on the 56th floor, this home is shaped by sweeping views of the city and the sea. Rather than compete with that backdrop, the interiors respond to it — drawing the outside in through colour, texture and carefully placed art.
A restrained palette of deep greens, warm terracottas and blues anchors the rooms, layered with textiles, rugs and personal collections. The art is integral, not decorative — each piece chosen for the dialogue it opens with the space around it.
Generous balconies extend the living spaces outdoors, planted and furnished as rooms in their own right. Inside, surfaces shift between matte and gloss, rough and smooth, grounding the openness of the plan in tactile, human-scaled detail.
A relaxed, expressive home where nothing is placed without intention — but nothing feels overthought.
